NORTHERN CHEROKEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS...
NORTHWESTERN JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
SOUTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS...
WESTERN BARTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT.

* AT 737 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
TORNADO NEAR MCCUNE...OR 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF CARONA...MOVING EAST
AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
6 MILES NORTH OF CARONA BY 745 PM CDT.
CHEROKEE AND 7 MILES NORTH OF SCAMMON BY 750 PM CDT.
WEIR AND 9 MILES SOUTH OF GIRARD BY 755 PM CDT.
PITTSBURG BY 800 PM CDT.
FRONTENAC AND 8 MILES SOUTH OF ARMA BY 805 PM CDT.
MINDENMINES AND 8 MILES SOUTH OF MULBERRY BY 815 PM CDT.

THE TOWNS OF ROSELAND...BEULAH...CHICOPEE...LONE OAK...OPOLIS...
YALE...IANTHA AND OAKTON ARE ALSO IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADIC STORM.

AT 735 PM CDT...SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD 2 MILES SOUTH OF
400 HIGHWAY ALONG THE CHEROKEE AND LABETTE COUNTY LINE.
